MOCCASIN is Gregory Erdstein and Alice Foulcher, award-winning filmmakers based in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia. They have been making films together since 2008.

Their debut feature film THAT’S NOT ME ranked #5 in the Guardian’s Top 10 Australia films of 2017 and earned Foulcher a Best Actress nomination from the Australian Film Critics Association. In 2020 THAT’S NOT ME was nominated by the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA) for the Byron Kennedy Award as one of the top Australian Indie Features of the decade and won the 2018 OzFlix Australian Independent Film Award for Best Film under $500,000. THAT’S NOT ME ranked top 10 in both the 2017 Sydney and Melbourne International Film Festival Audience Awards and holds a 90% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

In 2021 Erdstein and Foulcher were selected for the Talent Gateway Program via Screen Australia and Australians in Film as two of Australia’s top emerging screen creatives. Their screenplay ONE MORE SHOT (Good Thing Productions (Nitram Cannes 2021, Nude Tuesday) and TRUCE) has been developed with support from VicScreen and Screen Australia, and won Best Project at the 2022 Melbourne International Film Festival 37º South Market. ONE MORE SHOT will be filmed in Melbourne in mid-2024 for a 2025 release.

Moccasin is currently in development for TV series OH HAPPY DAY with Jungle Entertainment and GREAT & WONDERFUL with co-creator Trent O’Donnell (Hacks, The Good Place, Brooklyn 99) and producer Joe Hardesty (Dead to Me, American Vandal).

Foulcher and Erdstein are represented by Aran Michael Management.
